Just picked up a 1836 smoker and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The build quality is next level—heavy-duty steel, solid welds, and it holds heat like a champ. It’s obvious this thing was built to last. First cook was some brisket and ribs, and the results were phenomenal. Great smoke flow and super consistent temps. Also love the size—it’s perfect for backyard sessions but still big enough to feed a crowd.
